We have made very effort to display the colours of our Products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will vary dependent on your monitor, we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. All descriptions, photographs, specifications or illustrations contained on the Hector & Queen website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described on the website and will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard. 

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however, we do make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible. Every effort has been made in order to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are correct at the time when relevant information was entered onto the system. 

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, we must receive payment of the full total price for the products you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been confirmed, we will confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse an order or cancel a contract. Non-acceptance of an order or cancellation of a contract may, for example, result from one of the following:

1. The product ordered being temporarily or permanently out of stock.

2. Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment.

3. The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.

If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you. If we do refuse an order or cancel your contract, we will notify you by e-mail and re-credit your account any sum deducted by use from your debit/credit card as soon as possible but in any event, within 7 working days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
