SHIPPING POLICY
Ready to place your order? Here's all the important shipping and returns info you need to know!
All our products over the value of £60 come with free gift wrap & postage in the UK. Majority of items are dispatched within 1-2 working days and sent via Royal Mail.
All handprinted garments are dispatched within 10 working days and again sent via Royal Mail. Should you need any garment sooner, please email us at info@hectorandqueen.co.uk and we will do our utmost to accommodate!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS:
Whilst we hope you'll love what you've ordered, we understand that there may be times when it's just not right. You can return goods for whatever reason and at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full product refund or of course you can exchange providing you contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order. All goods returned must be received by us in the same, unused, undamaged and saleable condition. As we're sure you'll appreciate, as a small brand, we do not refund the postage incurred on placement of order if under £50 or returns p&p. Thank you for your understanding.

Items damaged due to washing incorrectly are not returnable. Please do take a mo to read the washing/care instructions on the product pages.
In order to arrange a return, please contact us at info@hectorandqueen.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Tips for returning your item:
- The returned items must be in the same condition as when you received the & where possible returned in the original packaging.
- We recommend recorded post and retain Proof of Postage. We do not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit, nor do we cover the cost of returning goods.
All refunds will be issued to the account holder via BACS transfer within 7 working days of receiving and approving the returned item(s). We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by credit card companies whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange your item(s) please return the item(s) in perfect condition - unworn in a saleable condition and where possible, original packaging with your receipt and a note of the exchange required.

Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will be processed. Please allow 10+ working days from receipt of your parcel to dispatch. I endeavour to get orders out as quickly as possible but this depends how busy I am.
